Jack worked in sales and marketing for over a decade before going into business for himself. For 14 years, he owned and operated 10 Sylvan Learning Center locations, employing more than 180 people and growing his revenue from zero to $4.7 million. Meanwhile, Jack counseled individuals struggling with addiction over the course of 16 years.
In 2016, Jack took what he learned from his years of experience and focused on improving the professional and personal lives of others through professional coaching. He completed of training under Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes with Robbins-Madanes Training and became a Board Certified Coach through the Center for Credentialing & Education. Studied under Tad James Company, and An He is a Certified Master Time Line Therapy™ Practitioner, Certified Master Hypnosis Practitioner, A Ho'Oponopono practitioner, & Master Neurolinguistics Programing Practitioner.
Jack launched Stanley Coaching, LLC in 2016 on a foundation of integrity and knowledge. While the company’s headquarters are located in Austin, Texas, Stanley Coaching also offers virtual coaching services, reaching individuals across the nation.

Kim Stanley has a wealth of experience as a business-builder. She owned successful marketing agencies in 2 states before joining her husband to build an educational corporation with 180 employees in 10 locations across the Midwest.
Seeking a new challenge, Kim became a real estate agent in 2007. As a marketer, she knew the key to competing successfully with established agents was to specialize. She began to work extremely satisfying. When her mother was suddenly diagnosed with terminal brain cancer, Kim and her husband Jack cared for her in their home until she passed, then had liquidate her estate from 300 miles away!
These experiences had a profound impact on Kim and fueled her passion for her real estate niche. She became known as a downsizing specialist and grew her real estate business during the height of the 2008-2011 recession.
